The Soil CRC has surveyed thousands of landholders across six Australian farming regions, in North Central Victoria, Central West NSW, the Western Australian Wheatbelt, Tasmania, South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula and the Wimmera region of Victoria.
This page contains the social benchmarking reports and summaries for each region. The data relates to Soil CRC projects ‘Surveying farm practices‘ (1.2.004) and ‘What drives farmer decisions‘ (1.2.005). A further two Soil CRC projects will complete the second round of landholder surveys to enable a longitudinal understanding of farmer practices, aspirations, and motivations. Project reports will be published on this page when available.
