This Knowledge Sharing Guide is designed to be used as an easy reference for Australian farming grower groups and professionals involved in engagement, extension, education and other forms of knowledge sharing aimed at improving land and farm management.
It has been developed as a part of the Soil CRC Knowledge Sharing Project (1.2.006), with a central purpose to identify and test effective knowledge sharing strategies for supporting improved soil stewardship.
The Knowledge Sharing Guide contains the Soil CRC Process Diary, which was developed to help those engaging farmers to systematically capture their experiences while delivering communication and extension activities based on agricultural research. This diary is a key tool in helping us understand what works, what can be improved, and how we can better support learning and practice change across the Australian agricultural sector. You can download the diary in MS Word or MS Forms (to use online) at the links below.
